Yaesu FTM-6000R

The FTM-6000R is a no-frills analog dual-band FM mobile — inexpensive and reliable as a node radio, but with no data port or CAT, so it is interfaced at the microphone and speaker like a basic mobile. Audio: Take receive audio from the rear 3.5mm external speaker jack into your USB audio interface input. Feed transmit audio into the microphone (RJ-45) audio line. PTT: Bring the microphone PTT line to ground to transmit — drive it from your interface's PTT output (CM119 GPIO, RTS/DTR, or a Pi GPIO pin). Programming: Set frequency and CTCSS from the front panel or programming software; ORLP cannot change frequency at runtime.
