Yaesu FT-5DR

The FT-5DR is a C4FM/FM handheld usable as a low-power personal-node radio (use FM for analog ORLP). It has micro-USB and Bluetooth. Connection: Micro-USB is primarily for firmware/cloning. For node use, interface audio and PTT through the accessory jacks into a USB audio interface, as with other HTs. Bluetooth supports a wireless headset rather than node control. Audio: Receive audio from the speaker jack to your interface input; transmit audio to the mic line. PTT: Active-low PTT on the accessory jack from your interface's PTT output. Note: Keep the radio in FM mode for analog linking.
