NW Digital Radio DRAWS HAT

The DRAWS (Digital Radio Amateur WorkStation) is a Raspberry Pi 3/4 HAT that puts a high-quality TI codec, two mini-DIN-6 "TNC"-spec radio ports, a GPS with PPS and battery-backed RTC, and a 9–15VDC power circuit (powers both the HAT and the Pi from one supply) on a single board. Why it matters for ORLP: It supports two radios from one HAT with good audio, gives an isolated/remote node accurate stratum-1 time via GPS/PPS, and keeps time across reboots with its onboard RTC — handy for nodes that boot before reaching the network. The GPIO array exposes additional I/O for PTT/COS. Notes: Its predecessor is the single-port UDRC II. Use ALSA settings to route AFOUT (compensated) vs DISC (discriminator) receive audio per port. Pi 3/4 form factor.
