Icom IC-7000

The IC-7000 is a compact HF/6m/2m/70cm all-mode mobile and the predecessor to the IC-7100. No built-in USB codec — CI-V control plus ACC-connector audio. Control is CI-V — connect a CT-17 level converter or a USB-to-CI-V cable (CP210x/FTDI) to the node computer. There is no built-in USB codec, so receive/transmit audio comes from the rear ACC/DATA connector to a USB radio interface (DMK URI, RA-series DRA, RIM, etc.). PTT: key over CI-V, or from the interface's PTT line to the ACC connector. Set the CI-V address before deployment.
