GPS + PPS HAT

A GPS HAT with a PPS (pulse-per-second) output (e.g. Uputronics or an Adafruit Ultimate GPS HAT) gives a node an accurate local time source and can serve stratum-1 NTP. Why it matters: A mountaintop or isolated ORLP node that can't always reach an NTP server stays time-accurate from GPS, and PPS discipline keeps the clock tight for time-sensitive logging/linking. Use: Feed the GPS NMEA + PPS into gpsd and chrony. Mount the antenna with sky view. Some HATs (like the DRAWS) already bundle GPS/PPS, so this is for builds that don't.
