Anytone AT-D878UV Plus

The Anytone AT-D878UV Plus is a DMR/FM handheld transceiver with USB-C connectivity and partial CAT support. USB connection: Connect via USB-C cable. Presents as a virtual COM port on all platforms. Driver installation may be required on Windows. CAT: Anytone CAT protocol (partially documented). Frequency read/write and PTT control work reliably. Mode switching and S-meter readback have varying reliability depending on firmware version. Audio: The USB connection does not carry audio on this model. Use the 2.5mm/3.5mm accessory port. The 3.5mm jack is speaker output; the 2.5mm jack carries microphone input and PTT. Connect to a USB audio interface via the accessory port. Programming: Use Anytone CPS for full channel programming. ORLP cannot write channel memories reliably on this model — set frequency and CTCSS via CPS before deployment.
